Done with University... For awhile.
I'm starting to think that I hate University. Of course I have been very specifically taking my time to ensure that I save frequently enough to eliminate the risk of losing everything in a crash again, and I've been trying to do things piecemeal so that I can write the story as I go rather than skipping huge chunks of time. I'm enjoying Caitlyn and I don't want to rush her as I've been known to rush other sims in the past. I think I'm probably actually going to cry when she dies, that's how attached to her I'm getting already. It's probably because of writing her story this way...
I'm really looking forward to getting Caitlyn moved onto her 5X5. Originally I'd planned on moving Forrest in right away but I'm starting to have second thoughts about it. I might let Caitlyn suffer on her own for a few days first and maybe gain a few skill points while she's at it. I'm not sure yet though... I'll see what happens once I have her moved in and build her shack or outhouse, depending on how I decide to play it.
I did want to give special thanks to Jen for her Brayton Legacy Family. Not only am I enjoying the story but the way she's handling it gave me a hint for a 'legal' way to handle part of my own story that I think will add extra dimensions to the family as well as making things more interesting for me to play. So shout out to Jen today!
That's about it for today's posts and blog-reading. I got through two blogs today and I intend to get through two more tomorrow if I don't have too much writing to do!
Happy reading, happy simming and happy blogging everybody!
